Don't fall prey to political parties playing divisive card: Javed Rana
10/26/2022 10:25:40 PM
Early Times Report
MENDHAR, Oct 26: Javed Rana, President Pir Panjal Zone J&K National Conference said that people should remain cautious from the divisive forces in the State as the same are inimical to peace and communal harmony. The senior NC leader was speaking during the Seerat Nabi Conference held here today.
The former MLA said that the only panacea for getting rid of communal disharmony is attaining education and remaining abreast with the attempts by the divisive political parties as these groups wanted to divide the society for the political gains without giving a thought on the serious repercussions of such a policy. He laid stress on making society aware of the mechanizations of the forces which wanted to vitiate peace in the region by playing communal cards. He said that only NC can provide a government which will work for all without any discrimination and poised with stability.
"For achieving the goal of good governance there is dire need that people vote for the right party and the right candidates because those who are hell-bent to divide the society if given power will prove disastrous for one and all," he said.
Javed Rana said that only time tested path to bring people's rule in the J&K state is education and therefore people should ensure that their children attain the same without fail. He also cited verses from the holy religious scriptures which also laid emphasis on attaining knowledge and education. He said that education has the power to bring brotherhood and bonhomie besides camaraderie in the society.
Javed Rana said that time has come when people should stand united and vote in favour of NC party as this is the only political faction which has experience, dexterity and will power to bail out J&K from the current state of morass created by the majority party by doing experiments one after another without any policy or plan.
Several other Ulemas also spoke on the occasion and enlightened the people with their eloquent speeches and by sharing their experiences of life.
