| Polls skewed to favour PDP, Congress: BSP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 18: Talking about the recent irregularities observed in recent heavily polling in Hilly and Militancy effected constituencies compare to low voting in plain area of Kathua District shows that the state Govt. Machinery is working under the pressure of Central Govt, Narinder Kashyap General Secretary, BSP, said that congress party and state Govt machinery ensure the maximum bogus and fake polling for the victory of ruling party candidates. He said this while addressing the press conference. He further said that our party has brought many irregularities committed by polling staff and authorities to the notice of Election Commission of Govt. of India as well as Chief Electoral Officer, J&K State regarding this matter as well as open support of Administration to PDP in District Anantnag, defective authority not responding to the hundred of people who came to vote in Govt. girls high school Hayatpura in Kukernag constituency, violation of code of conduct by the Principal, Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Bahu Fort by declaring holiday to allow the students to attend the function of Smriti Irani Tulsi, BJP Leader of Delhi, capturing of Tikkin Booth in Rajpura constituency in Pulwamam District and not allowing the about two thousands voters of Kathua constituency being having state subjects, having their names in voter lists and had cast their votes in last election etc. These a few examples shows that Congress, NC and PDP parties do not believe in fair election in J&K state and creates such type of leadership in state which is corrupt, inefficient and selfish nature alleged Kashyap. These parties are violating the code of conduct by using Red Light Vehicles by Former Ministers and Legislatures, using hoarding, banner etc. He demanded that the Election Commission of Govt. of India must take the notice of these irregularities committed by ruling parties to maintain the sanctity of functioning of commission, he added.
