REASI, Oct 29: Continuing series of events while commemorating Police Martyrs, Today on the directions of Amit Gupta-JKPS Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi, District Police Reasi organizes a Debate competition in the memory of Martyrs at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Public School Dera Baba Reasi, Govt. Higher Secondary School Arnas and HSS Gota Chassana.
In the events hundreds of students of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Public School Dera Reasi and Govt. Higher Secondary School Arnas and Chassana Participated.
In Dera Baba, 1st position was bagged by Simran Sharma, 2nd position was bagged by Tahira Akhter whereas Swastik Sharma bagged third prize.
In the competition at Higher Secondary School Arnas, 1st position was bagged by Sunaina Devi, 2nd position was bagged by Sapna Devi and 3rd position was bagged by Sonia Thakur.
Similar event was organized at High Secondary School Gota Chassana in which students of adjoining areas participated and glorified the Martyrdom of Police Martyrs.
Certificates, momentoes and refreshment were distributed among the Participants.
Dy.SP Headquarters Reasi Sh. Iftkhar Ahmed, SHO P/S Arnas Jeet Singh and Insp. Parmod Singh SHO P/S Chassana also spoke on the occasion and paid rich tribute to the police martyrs who sacrificed their lives for peace and prosperity of the nation and also thanked participants for their active participation in the events orgainsed for glorifying the martydom of the Martyrs.
