JAMMU, Oct 29: Today Rajinder Sharma Mayor Jammu and Narotam Sharma, Concillor ward no 3, Old City Jammu jointly inaugrated construction work of Nallah near Baba Lal ji temple. The estimated cost of the complete construction work of the Nallah is around Rs 55 Lac and the work is being executed through Urban Environmental Enginnering Department, UEED, Jammu.
The local people of the area had been demanding construction of this Nallah for over a decade and its construction would provide them a sigh of relief.
Speaking on the occasion the mayor assured the local people present there that JMC will try to sort out all minor and major issues of the people in phased manner.
The Mayor also appreciated the local councillor for his constant effort of raising infrastructure in ward no 3 old city.
The prominent people besides mayor and Narotam Sharma include Senior BJP Leader Yudveer Sethi, Vinay Gupta, Parveen Kerni Ashwani Gupta, Parveen Babbar, BJP Jammu district president Vinay Gupta, Narinder Koki, Amzad Shekh, Sanjay Sharma, Sanjay Abrol (Booth president's), Sarooj Gupta, Vidya Devi, Jugal Gupta, Sahil Khajuria, Subash Sharma and other's were present on the occasion to grace the event. |
