| Rajouri boy excels at Oxford | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 18: Dr. Syed Nadeem Hussain, belonging to border district of Rajouri and presently studying M.SC course at the University of Oxford, U.K has brought laurels to the state by winning the best speaker’s award presented by prestigious Oxford Speakers Club recently. Oxford Speakers Club has the distinction of having some of the great world leaders associated with it. Syed Nadeem is also a life member of the Oxford Union. Earlier, this year he was appointed to the prestigious IFS in Jammu and Kashmir cadre. He is studying at Oxford on being granted extension of time by the Ministry of Environment and Forest New Delhi to join the service. Besides, he was honoured with a gold medal by the President of India Pratibha Patil for his Academic excellence in BVSc and Animal husbandry from SKAUST, Jammu. Son of a retired Deputy Commissioner Shah Latif, Dr. Nadeem dedicates his success to his parents and teachers
