Jammu, Oct 30: Former Minister and General Secretary of Democratic Azad Party (DAP) R S Chib has expressed shock and anguish over the landslides, which hit the Ratlle Power Project in Kishtwar and led to the loss of human lives.
Chib expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of victims killed in the landslide and sympathies with the injured. He urged the government to sanction an adequate amount of compensation for the family members of the deceased at the earliest.
He also prayed for an early recovery of the injured. He appreciated the role of the Army and Police, for their quick rescue operation. |
