Free eye held Ayush Camp

Jammu, Oct 31: An eye free check up camp and free Ayush Camp were held at Sainik Colony in Shiva Mandir, where Dr. Happy Kaur, Eye Specialist examined more than 200 eye patients, free prescriptions, free medicines were given by Dr. Happy Kaur. Patients were advised and suggested for proper care of eyes and operation to be held at proper time.
Apart from above, an Ayush camp was also held by Dr. Suresh Sharma, District Officer Ayush Department Jammu who deputed Dr. Ravi Dutt Sharma, Dr. Ranjana Bhua, Sh. Himmat Singh Super Senior Pharmacist to the camp, who examined and distributed free Ayurvedic medicines to more than 300 persons of different nature for respiratory problem, Blood pressure, ear problems, General tonic, Joint pain, Gastritis, Brain tonic, Immunity booster. Also patients came from Sector A, Sector B & Sector C of Sainik Colony, Chowadhi village, Nanak Nagar and other places like Dilli and others. This free camp was organized by Dr. Jaswant Singh (Retired Director) and Smt. Prabha Slathia, a Senior Social Activist and President Women Welfare Society Sainik Colony Jammu. Management of Shiv Mandir Sector C, Sainik Colony viz. Basar Singh President and Sh. Sham Lal Sharma social activist and other participated in the said event. Dr. Mohan Singh, Director Ayush J&K was gratituted for departmental co-operation and Aid to free camps from time to time.
