Doda Admin launches "Innovation Challenge" under B2V4

DODA, Nov 1: To encourage a sense of Innovation, Creativity and Artistry among the youth, District Administration Doda has launched "Innovation Challenge" in collaboration with Degree Colleges and Educational Institutions of the District Doda.
Deputy Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan launched this unique initiative from mini meeting hall of DC Office Doda under Back to Village phase-4 programme and as a part of ongoing activities under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The theme of the initiative is to get the innovative ideas on “Recycling, Reuse & Disposal of Solid Wastes especially Single Use Plastic in Rural Areas of Doda”.
The entries of ideas can be sent through website of District Doda, where a separate space has been created or in the Innovation box placed at the entry of DC office complex Doda. Last date for the entries is Nov 14, 2022 before 12 PM. The entries shall be scrutinised on November 15 and accordingly the best innovative ideas will be awarded.

The initiative was launched in presence of SSP, Abdul Qayoom; ADDC, Pran Singh; ADC, Dr R K Bharti; ACD, Phulail Singh; ACR, Ashfaq Khanji; SDM Thathri, Athar Amin Zargar; SDM Assar, Lekh Raj; Principal GDC Kilothran (Nodal Officer of the initiative) Dr Javed Iqbal Zargar; Sr AP GDC Kilhotran, Dr Waheed K Balwan; DIO NIC Rohit, DIO DIPR. Hundreds of faculty members of the Degree Colleges and Educational Institutions of the District and students and youth attended the launch function through virtual mode.
