The NICRA project is being funded by ICAR-CRIDA with the main goal of enhancing the resilience of Indian agriculture to climate change and climate vulnerability through strategic research and technology demonstration. Keeping this in mind, KVK Poonch conducted the programme in which oat seed was demonstrated to 40 beneficiaries in NICRA village under the Project.
