JAMMU, Dec 19: In a unique effort, Tata Sky, the joint venture between TATA Group and STAR, has transformed TV into a new-age educational device that enables children to learn in a wholesome entertainment and interactive manner. Right from preschool to primary level, Tata Sky’s interactive suite of Active features offers three first of its kind edutainment services called Active Wizkids, Active Stories and Active Learning.
As per a release, The Tata Sky interactive educational services have been designed using syllabus driven content developed with the help of leading educationists in India specifically for children of different age groups. Parents can now enhance their children of different age groups. Parents can now enhance their child’s language and communication skills by using these services on their TV at a time that is most convenient to them.
Besides, Tatat Sky has given parents a major relief by introducing a very reliable Parental Control system which allows them to regulate what their children watch on television. Parents can use this system to simply lock entire channels or movies based on ratings, the release added.
