| BJP demands judicial probe into killing of activist | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 19- BJP State spokesperson Ramesh Arora has demanded judicial enquiry into the mysterious killing of Vice-President Dalit Morcha Katra Mandal Krishan Kumar and alleged that apparently it appears that it is an act of some miscreants belonging to other political parties, as he was a dynamic leader and was not tolerable by the opponents. Even few days back number of BJP persons were harassed on one or the other pretext by registering false, frivolous and fabricated cases against BJP workers at the instance of Congress leaders. Recent killing has exposed the ugly face of politics in which some may have gone to this extent hence, only impartial judicial enquiry can bring the investigation to its logical end. BJP has sent telegram and complaint through fax to higher Police Officials and Governor including Chief Election Commissioner of India and Chief Electoral Officer, J&K apprising them about the recent incident of killing of a BJP leader belonging to Dalit Community and demanded their intervention into the matter. Ramesh Arora said that in case urgent steps are not taken to investigate the matter and culprits brought to book, the party will launch agitation besides seeking justice from court.
