Jammu, Dec 21- Congress leader and its contesting candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency, Raman Bhalla has said that state was safe in the hands of his party than the ones who have been misleading the people on the basis of religion or region.
Addressing various public meetings across his constituency on Sunday, Raman Bhalla said that none other than congress had the capability of providing the people the security and safety to live tension free life in the state.
He said that since his party took the reigns in 2005, the people of the state heaved a sigh of relief as there was a significant change in the situation, which paved the way for progress and development.
He said that it were the efforts of his party under the able leadership of Azad that sense of security prevailed among the people of the state which helped in a big way in developing the state in all respects.
Bhartia Janta Party has been making tall claims to befool the masses but at the ground level it has always failed to deliver, he said.
