ABMSS organizes special Award ceremony

Jammu, Nov 20: Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shiromani Sabha, jammu kashmir Zone organised a special “Award Ceremony” in the premises of Jammu Farm, Sarore near Bari Brahmana where 67 organizations of Jammu Region, ranging from Kishtwar to Kathua ,were decorated with the “Duggar Shavak “ Award.
These organizations were rewarded because of their initiative to offer their boundless affections to Sher e Duggar Lala Hansraj Mahajan during his birth anniversariesand death anniversaries alike.
The programme started with the three time recitation of Holy Gayatri Mantra followed by lightening of lamps. All the person present in the hall paid floral tributes to Sher e Duggar Lala Hansraj Mahajan ji.
Suman Kumar Gupta, Patron ABMSS JK Zone,very elegantly welcomed the special guests, office bearers and members of the organizations present in the Award ceremony.
Before Award ceremony ,the participating organizations demanded to constitute a state level Confedration of all non Government organizations who passionatly admire son of the soil Sher e Duggar Lala Hansraj Mahajan.
This demand got overwhelming response and resultantly all participating organizations consented to be a member of the said Confederation which was, after due deliberation, was named as “MASAHARA”.

After the formal formation of “Masahara”, It was unanimously resolved that Masahra shall meet different organizations and forums to make them aware about the legendary personality of Sher E Duggar and shall convince them to be a part of Masahra. Simultaneously, The Masahra shall take up with the center and state Government to impress upon the concerned authorities to give due recognition to pre independence leader of the Dogra community whose commendable contributions to the Duggar community are unique and unforgettable. After a thoughtful session,a charter of demands is formulated which shall be shortly presented to the concerned deptt. Of thegovernment .The demands formulated were as under:-
Sher e Duggar Lala Hansraj Mahajan ji must be posthumously conferred with Bharat Rattan award, v Life size statue of Lala Hansraj Mahajan ji must be installed at any prominent chowk of Jammu, To add a chapter of Sher e Duggar Lala Hansraj Mahaj an in the primary school curriculum so that each and every grooming student get inspiration.
A High level Award must be initiated on the name of Lala ji in the field of social work/ journalism All school/ college must display a framed picture of Sher e Duggar Lala hansraj Mahajan ji at a prominent place.

Secretary ,ABMSS JK Zone presented an impressive vote of thanks and also magnificently conducted the proceedings as of the Award ceremony as Master of The prominent p,ersonalities who graced the occasion were Rakesh kumar Mahajan(Jeweller) Ranjan Gupta, Er. Ravinder Gupta, CA Krishan Gupta, Darshan Lal Chopra(Exchange Road) , Darshan Gupta(Thada kalyal ) Pawan Kumar Gupta(Sarore) . The award ceremony concluded with the Chanting of Shanti Path.
