Self-centered attitude cause of miserable plight: PDF

Jammu, Dec 20- Decrying successive governments for its failure to bring the state on the track of development, Peoples Democratic Front leader and its contesting candidate from Amira Kadal constituency, S.K.Dudha has said that it was the self centered attitude among the leadership that blocked the way of prosperity.
In a press statement issued here on Sunday, Dudha said that state lacked even the basic amenities which amply proved that there has been a lack of sincere attitude among the leaders of the successive governments to provide responsive governance to masses of state.
He said that lack of water and electricity even in twin capital cities of state was a matter of concern which give a clear picture of the utilization of central funds since independence.
Had the successive governments showed some sense of responsibility, the situation at ground would have been different across the state, he said adding “ There is no dearth of natural resources in the state but unfortunately the successive governments failed to demonstrate their wit to tap them for development and progress,”
Criticizing deceptive forces of the state, he said that some political forces of state were hiding their weaknesses by misleading the people of state on communal or regional grounds.
He said that divisive political forces had no progressive argument to motivate the people than to indulge in cheap politics of misleading the people on religion.
He said that successive governments lacked ideas as a result of which it failed to invest the funds in right direction for the betterment of the people of state.

“It is always easy to find a problem but very difficult to find a solution and in my opinion the lack of innovative initiatives is one of the biggest shortcomings of successive governments that proved them failures,” he said and added that his party would tap the enormous natural resource across the state if voted to power.
He further said that the people of state were well aware of the dismal performance of successive governments and urged upon the masses to support PDF for better future of the state.
