Abhinav calls on JMC Mayor, Dy Mayor

Jammu, Nov 22: Abhinav Anand President, Trikuta Nagar (Sector-7) Traders Association & BJP Leader called upon Rajinder Sharma Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC)and Dy Mayor Baldev Singh Billawaria Jammu to apprise him about the problems faced by the traders.
Anand exchanged pleasantries with Rajinder Sharma &Baldev Singh Billawaria and had threadbare discussion with him. He brought in the notice of the Mayor and Dy Mayor the general grievances of the traders including sanitation and hygiene around Jammu city and its peripheral areas. He submitted that frequent cases of water clogging in the drains during monsoon and improper garbage disposal all around markets and residential areas had only added to the woes of the trading community.
Anand further submitted that the Mayor and Dy Mayor has been on its toes in maintaining the cleanliness all around Jammu city proper garbage disposal management system and extra efforts of the Municipal Staff in Trikuta Nagar and adjacent areas including Gandhi Nagar and Shastri Nagar would definitely help in maintaining the hygiene standards.
Abhinav Anand also requested the Mayor and Dy Mayor to expedite the work regarding Bridge/Nallah at canal road Trikuta Nagar (Garden Estate) near Railway Station. The Mayor and Dy Mayor gave on spot direction to concerned officers to expedite the process.
Anand further said that ever since Mr. Rajinder Sharma had taken over Mayor and Baldev Singh Billawria of Dy Mayor JMC the routine cleanliness drive in the city has been praiseworthy. The Mayor gave a patient hearing to the President Mr. Anand and assured him full co-operation in addressing the problems faced by the traders. He further asserted that young entrepreneurs should come forward and cooperate with the JMC to maintain the cleanliness around the city and to aware the masses to keep the city clean and green. He said JMC and public together can work to bring Jammu city in higher position of “Swach Sarvekshan” 2022 in the UT. Mr. Anand praised Mr.Rajinder Sharma and Mr Baldev Singh Billawria thanked him for extending his support for the cause of the traders.
