JAMMU, Dec 3: Founding chairperson FICCI Flo Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Kuwarani Ritu Singh along with EC members Flo Esther William, Kritika Khanna, Mona Saraf, Richa Issar launched Divya Rang a platform to skill, train, empower the sector on World Disability Day at the home for mentally challenged Muskaan.
The platform will teach block printing, music dance theatre to the differenttyabled. In collaboration with Hari Singh foundation that will support the programmes. Today the session was extremely motivating as the teacher for block printing Pankaj Kapoor and members engaged and kickstarter the block printing course amidst singing, and dancing. With all the inmates of the home, Kuwarani Ritu Singh donated 3 steel almirahs as required by the center. And Flo gave blocks, paints and linen. This is an encouraging step towards inclusion and granting dignity to the differently abled sector. |
