Jammu, Dec 5: UT Netball Championship got underway at Indoor Sports Complex Bhagwati Nagar Jammu, here today Under My Youth My Pride in Collaboration with J&k Sports Council J&K. The Said Championship was Organised by the Netball Association of J&K. The opening witnessed league rounds of the competition in different age groups in which nearly 250 participants of more than 10 districts of J&K participated, Ranjeet Kalra (Member of J&k Sports council) was Chief Guest, Bhisham Batra (Batra Group), Gourav Chopra (Corporator), R K Goyal (Renowned Businessman) & Dr. Vinay Thusu (Media Head Jammu University) was Special Guest of Honour. Ranjeet Kalra ji encouraged the participants for being committed to the game and working hard for the title trophies. He also appreciated the Association for the successful conduct and complimented the participants for being disciplined. Earlier, General Secretary of the NAJK, Rajiv welcomed the chief guest and other distinguished gathering. He also briefed the guests about the event. |
