| ‘Congress, NC, BJP leaders misleading Jammu public’ | | | EarlY Times Report
Jammu, Dec 22: Capt. Anil Gour Vice President and Spokesperson JSM (P) while criticizing the so called implementation of the Wazir Commission report by Ghulam Nabi Azad said that it has once again shown the biased attitude of the Congress against Jammu region and it is the main party responsible for promoting the domination by Kashmiri leadership and all the sufferings of the people of Jammu for the past 61years. The way these 4 new districts in Kashmir were created has once again shown that Jammu people cannot get any justice under the Congress. It is due to this decision Kashmir region got three times more districts and Jammu region got only 1/3 times more. Azad has only continued what Sheikh Abdullah did earlier to Jammu region.
Capt. Gour also said that the BJP is not interested in solving the problems of Jammu region but is only trying to en-cash the sentiments of the people of Jammu by trying to portray itself as the saviors of Jammu. BJP is the same party which during the NDA regime supported NC to pass the Delimitation Bill resulting in freezing of the J&K Assembly seats till 2031. BJP is always ready to sacrifice all its principals and policies along with the interests of Jammu region only for capturing power, the same way as it has done in the Jammu Municipality and also during NDA regime.
Capt. Anil Gour strongly condemned the propaganda launched by NC and other parties that JSM (P) will force all the Kashmiri Pandits and others, who have shifted to Jammu over the time, to leave the new state once a separate Jammu State will be formed. This false and mischievous propaganda is being unleashed by these parties to counter the growing popularity and support JSM (P) is receiving amongst the masses.
