EarlY Times Report
Jammu, Dec 23- Decrying the successive governments for their failure to deliver on ground, Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) leader S.K Dudha has asked the people to defeat the political forces responsible for the plight of state.
In a press statement issued here on Thursday, S.K. Dudha said that the successive state governments have hoodwink the masses by not providing them effective governance as a result of which they were exposed to all sorts of trouble.
“State lagged behind in every respect and the problems of water, electricity and road connectivity still exists in the state,” he said and added that despite liberal central assistance, the state lacked the basic facilities even in major cities and town of state.
He said that leaders of the successive governments could not invest the funds efficiently for the betterment of the state which proved their inefficiency in giving responsible governance to the people of state.
The lack of development on ground proves the concern of the leaders of successive governments towards their personal gains rather than relief of the people of the state; he said and added that the need of the hour was to defeat such forces for the welfare of the state.
He further said that those leaders raising divisive slogans were doing so with a view to make some political base as such forces have totally failed to prove their efficiency as rulers of the state.
“The leaders of BJP, NC and PDP have many a times tried to divide the society through emotional slogans but this is a proven fact that they use it as cover for their incapacity to perform at the ground,” he said.
