| NCP to work for effective change in: Randhir in J&K | | | EARLY TIEMS REOPRT Thakur Randhir singh state president Nastionalist Congress Party (NCP) has been evaluataed by the Election commission of India by conferring nationl status to the NCP on its performance in the first General election 10 years back has created a niche firmly rooted value based politics, highly balanced approach and reaching out to the remotest and neglected corners of the state. It has mainly banked on fielding 19 young, energetic and motivated party candidates, including a woman form Habbakadal to represent both the provinces effectively, the aspirations and desires of the people. He said NCP is of the firm view that it can play cital role in contributing to the development of the state by way of strengthening the like minded parties and groups who share common idelolgy and vision with NCP. Singh said it is an common plce saying that oasis are vital part of the whole am dots is what NCP in J&K intends to do work for effective change in the state at all levels irrespective of the numerical strength. He said minds contribute ot change and not a mere conglomerate of numbers. He assereted that cooperative movement has become defimct, Panchayati, Raj failed, all progressive labours laws, women, children, old age pension programmers and anti corruption laws Right to information act, implementation of delimitation commission and other elementary requirement of the rural people have been ruined by the successive govts of the state. As per press release Singh was shocked to hear the cental and state leader of these parties promising to the voters everything which they hae failed to provide the voters in their ling tenure of govt in this state. He said how these Chief Ministes, Ministers and MLA”s who have maltreated the poor farmers opf thje stae who forms 75% of the population and are still making false promises through their state and national leaders.
