JAMMU, Dec 15: The Junior wing of Unique Public Sr. Sec. School, Gadi Garh celebrated Juniors' Cultural Fest 2022, which was presided over by Sh. Rajinder Sharma, Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation as Chief Guest. Other Dignitaries present on the occasion were Chairman of the school, S. Jasbir Singh, Col. Sh. Ravinder Sharma, Prof. Yudhvir Singh Corporator, S. Paramjeet Singh Ex-Corporator, S. Amarjeet Singh SSP (retd.) and Col. Sh. Rajinder Sharma.
Chief guest was welcomed by School Band along with March Past. The cultural programme commenced with lightning of ceremonial lamp and Saraswati Vandana. Welcome speech was delivered by Vice-Principal of the school Ms. Arty Rajput which was followed by a welcome dance by nursery class students. A variety of dance items depicting Patriotism, Punjabi culture, Parent-child bond and various cultures of J&K UT were presented. Students of Junior wing displayed their skills in martial arts. Head girl and head boy of the school threw light on excellent facilities provided by the school management for academic and recreational purposes
The Chief Guest, Sh. Rajinder Sharma, Mayor JMC, applauded the school management for providing quality education and various opportunities for all round development of the students. He appreciated the hard work of students and staff in making the function a grand success. Vote of thanks was presented by the chairman of the school. |
