JK Montessorie organizes inter school sports fest

JAMMU, Dec 20: An inter school sports fest was organized by JK Montessorie School today. The main aim of holding the sport fest was to create awareness about the importance of sports, fitness and health among the students for their overall development . Students from large number of schools participated in the spots fest.
The games in which they showcased their talent were: Solve The Puzzle, Tower making, Sorting the Ball, Lemon Race and Bean Bag Race.
The sports Fest was presided over by Rajni Gupta the Director of the school accompanied by Apurav Gupta, operations head. After lighting the lamp , the welcome speech was given by the Principal of the school Aarti Gupta followed by welcome song by the students of the school.
The results were declared after nail biting competition among the participants. All the winners were awarded medals by the Director mam and the Principal of the school . Participation certificates were also given to all the participants
To lighten the atmosphere, a cultural programme was also staged by the students of the school. In the end. The vote of thanks was given by the coordinator of the school Sonia Kapoor.
