Jammu, Dec 25: Kashmiri Migrants and Non Migrants of Kashmir valley urged the Union Government and J&K UT administration to fulfil the genuine Grievances on priority basis. A delegation of KKHMS under of leadership of its Chairman/ President, Er. Ramesh Chander Mahajan ( Kashmiri Migrant Leader) called on Chief Secretary and Special Secretar toGovt (DDMRRR at Civil Secretariat, Jammu Friday delegation handover a memorandum with apprised the burning issues of Kashmiri migrants and Non Migrants of Kashmir valley to him and also memorandum submitted to Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India, Amit Shah Home Minister of India and Manoj Sinha LT Governor J&K UT for appropriate action, these demands are enumerated below. Enhancement of monthly cash relief to relief holders. 40% of permanent share in job reservation and creation 35000 new posts in various central and UT Govt departments for migrant and non migrant unemployed youths with freely transferable job policy within UT. Grant special financial package of PM’s self employment & skill development for starting up the businesses/ SSI venture / MSME and entrepreneurship under mission youth initiative programme to avail benefits up to over age limit of 55 years with one time Compensation of 30 lakh to over aged youths.
Appeal to govt to provide relief to left out permanent resident of non migrants Hindus families of Kashmir valley to implement the same at par SRO 425 of October 2017 to non migrants Kashmiri Hindus who did not leave Kashmir valley since 1990, So that they can get benefits of jobs and justices in valley through PM packages.
Relocation with Implementation of transfer policies with issuance of transfer orders in favour of suffering PM’s package employees from Kashmiri valley to various Jammu departments and to be attached them with the Relief organization (M) Jammu to perform their continue duties in Jammu division/ outside Kashmir valley. Grant of minority status for Hindus of Kashmir and benefits of all Central scholarships to their children with 50% seats be reserved in the professional colleges for them with concession of 40% marks along with implementation of all scholarships and welfare oriented schemes to students in the camps and non camps. Release of compensation, insurance and ex-gratia in favour of all migrants who have suffered heavy losses in shape of their property during last 33 years of turmoil and eviction of all unauthorized occupants and encroachment, declaring the distress sale null and void. The Protection of Temple and Hindu Shrines bill should be passed immediately.
