| Bhim submits memorandum to CEC | | Demands cancellation of Jammu, Samba, Kupwara, Kishtwar polls | | Early Times Report New Delhi, Dec 27- Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of JKNPP accompanied by Romesh Khajuria, Vice President, Young Panthers, Harsh Malhotra, Delhi Pradesh General Secretary, Surjeet Singh, Provincial Young Panthers Secretary, Rajeev Khosla, District President-DPNPP and D.N. Shrivastava, State Secretary-DPNPP today submitted a memorandum to the Chief Election Commissioner of India after a protest demonstration in front of Nirvachan Sadan, New Delhi demanding cancellation of polls in Jammu, Samba, Kupwara and Kishtwar Districts. Prof. Singh accused Ghulam Nabi Azad, former Chief Minister of rigging polls in these districts in connivance with Returning and Presiding officers. He also submitted an official account of several constituencies where two votes were held in one minute and five votes in two minutes which he said could be done only by magic. He also demanded to hold elections through ballot papers and not electronic voting machines which could be used by the men in power to their benefit. Earlier, several Panthers Party activists held massive demonstration in front of Nirvachan Sadan, New Delhi raising slogans against election officials and Ghulam Nabi Azad demanding re-poll. In the meantime, JKNPP candidate from Marh constituency has also demanded re-polling entire Marh constituency on account of alleged mass rigging and bogus voting at the behest of congress candidate.
