Early Times Report

Jammu, Jan 2: The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu took out procession in the court premises raising slogans against Pakistan and the anti-national forces who opened fire on three houses of refugees of Pakistan occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK) in Dangri village in Rajouri district on Sunday evening.
In the incident four civilians were killed and 9 others sustained injuries.
Speaking on the occasion Jammu Bar President Advocate Bhardwaj strongly condemned Pakistan for carrying on the policy of enmity against India and harboring terrorists on its soil and using them to threaten life of the people & security forces in J&K.
Pakistan has failed to provide democracy and development to its people, has no business to disturb the peace in J&K, Advocate Bhardwaj said.
The Bar Association has taken a serious view of the fact that the attack on three houses of refugees from PoJK was not possible without support of some sleeper cells. “It’s a cowardly act in which the innocent person and even the children were targeted. The persons involved in causing such incident be immediately arrested and prosecuted in accordance with law.”
The Association called upon the government to take stern action against the anti-national forces as well as against the neighboring country Pakistan to prevent them from repeating similar acts in future. (JNF)
