| RJMLS lauded the achievements of Prof Punjabi | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 28: Rasa Javedani Memorial Literary Society has hailed the decision of the Amity University's Internal Business School for confirming prestigious Amity Academic Excellence Award to Kashmir University Vice Chancellor Prof. Reyaz Punjabi.
In this connection a meeting of the members of Rasa Javedani Memorial Literary Society was held here today under the chairmanship of Professor Shohab Malik in which members of the Society highlighted the qualities of head and heart of Professor Reyaz Punjabi.
Describing Professor Reyaz Punjabi an academician Par-excellence, the members also highlighted his leadership qualities. They said that during the past one year under the dynamic leadership of Prof. Reyaz Punjabi Kashmir University has not excelled in academics only but also in literary and cultural events. "Prof. Punjabi himself is a Urdu writer and he always projected the realities of life in his writings. He is also the symbol of communal harmony having a secular bent of mind," the members added and hoped that cultural and literary activities would get further boosted at Kashmir University under his leadership.
Those who were present in the meeting include Prof. Ayaz Rasool Nazki, Aseer Kishtwari , Prof. Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Mumtaz Kouser, Ravi Thakur and Irfan Quareshi. |
