JAMMU, DEC 28: Governor, Mr N N Vohra, has greeted the people of Ladakh on the occasion of Losar, the Ladakhi New Year.
In a message, the Governor said that the festival of Losar has a historical significance for the people of Ladakh and symbolizes their well established traditions of love, tolerance and communal harmony, which Ladakhis have cherished over the centuries.
The Governor wished the festival to bring happiness in the lives of people and provide them an opportunity to strengthen their relations with their near and dear ones. |
