| Congress joining list misleading, fake: RS Chib | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 18: Democratic Azad Party on Wednesday said that Congress is making false propaganda that hundreds of leaders from it have re-joined Congress. The DAP general secretary R.S. Chib said that the propaganda is unleashed due to the frustration in Congress party which faces acute leadership crises not only at National level but in Jammu Kashmir also. He said that only few people have rejoined Congress after quitting from DAP. "Even if you check the list of Congress party they released it has very few names who have left DAP and joined Congress. But they are making a propaganda intending to demoralise our leaders," he said. We have not released any list of office bearers on District level, so how come they are claiming that those who have joined were the office bearers of DAP of District and Block level office bearers. He said the only leader who had a constituency Dr Manohar Lal Sharma rejoined DAP, the other few who went back to Congress have no constituency. Chib said that these so called leaders can't even fight the DDC elections since they have no existence on ground. They even lost recent DDC election also assembly. He said DAP will not accept any political leader who is unacceptable to people and is not connected at grassroots. "We are building a team of leaders who are connected at ground and people repose faith on them. We have successfully cultivated the crop and it has started bearing fruits and that is why Congress is feeling frustrated," he said. |
