Jammu, September, 16:- On the direction of Chief Justice BA Khan, Principal Secretary Mr. Javaid Kawoos today issued orders of promotions of 40 Senior Assistants to the cadre of Head Assistant in the pay grade of 5000-8000.
According to the order No 343 of September 16, 2006, 22 Senior Assistants promoted as Head Assistants in Kashmir Province and According to Order No 344 of September 16, 2006 18 Sr. Assistants promoted as Head Assistants.
In the Kashmir Province M/S Mohd Musa Mir, Ghulam Jeelani Nazki, Ghulam Hussain Sheikh, S Tara Singh, Abdul Gani Khan, Abdul Hamid Shah, Gardari Lal Bhan, Mohd Maqbool Laway, Manzoor Ahmed Jeelani, Mohd Shafi Reshi, Siraj-Ud-Din, Hafiz Ullah Khan, Mohd Akbar Magray, Mustaq Ahmed Bhat, Javeed Ahmed Shah, Mohd Farooq Shah, Bilal Ahmed, Mohd Abdullah Bhat, Roshan Lal, Ghulam Hussain Akhoon, Mohd Shafi Gujree and Abdul Rehman Bhat are promoted.
In Jammu Province Mr. Javeed Ahmed Tiker, Rajinder Singh, Krishan Lal, Manzoor Hussain, Mujeeb Ahmed Tak, Ghulam Mehdi, Naseeb Uallah Khan, Mohd Din Sheikh, Khairati Lal, Umar Hayat Khan, Ashok Kumar, OM Singh Jamwal, Sukdev Singh, Anil Kumar Suri, Ashok Kumar Gupta, Ms Fareeda Afzal Tak, Nissar Ahmed and Mustaq Ahmed Chouhan are promoted to the cadre of head assistants.
In consequent upon these promotions 94 transfer orders of Senior Assistants and Head Assistants of Subordinate Judiciary issued by Chief Justice’s Secretariat. |
