| JKNPP alleges rigging | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 31- Prominent activists of JKNPP met here today under the chairmanship of Bansi Lal Sharma State President to assess the political situation in the state following what is called ‘large scale rigging at the behest of top political brass of Congress, NC, BJP and PDP in connivance with official machinery’.
The Party workers appreciated the policy statement of Chairman Prof. Bhim Singh, wherein he described NC-Congress coalition as a total disaster and anti-Jammu.
Sharma while addressing the meeting said that it was NC, PDP, Congress, which caused row over Shri Amarnath Shrine Board land and hurt sentiments of people. The business community and Daily Wage earners of Jammu Province were the worst sufferers due to 62 days Bandh during the agitation, but no compensation was given despite an agreement with the government, the meeting felt.
