REASI, Feb 7: Today, Salal Power Station organized a "Free Medical Camp" at Government High School, Chinkah under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, in which about 160 people from nearby villages took their health care. Free check-up was done and medicines were also distributed as per requirement.
Today's "Medical Camp" Organized at Chinkah Panchayat, Block Thakrakot under the guidance of Head of Salal Power Station J.C. Sarkar, Group General Manager. The camp was inaugurated by senior officers of Salal Power Station Satyawan, General Manager (Technical), Dinesh Kumar, General Manager (Electrical), Sarpanch of Chinkah Panchayat Dilip Kumar Sharma, Panch Bihari Lal and Headmaster of Govt. High School, Chinkah Jaswant Singh by lighting the auspicious lamp.
In this medical camp, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer and Dr. Dheeraj Sharma, Senior Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Zorawar Hospital examined the health of the people who came to the camp and distributed medicines as per their requirement. The hospital team operated all the arrangements related to the camp smoothly.
On this occasion, 500 sanitary pads were also distributed to the headmaster and teachers of Government High School, Chinkah, to make the girls studying in the school and the women of the surrounding areas aware of health and hygiene. |
