| UBC hails Cong, NC alliance | | |

The association of Urban Batwal Community (UBC) have hailed the alliance between the National Conference and Congress. In a press release issued here today the UBC, president R.L. Kaith, who chaired the meeting of members of the association said both the parties under the leadership of Omar Abdullah as chief minister will play and important role for the unpliftment of down trodden people and state in particular.
He said, Omar being young has qualities to make state ofr J&K as a progressive state and free form militancy which has tried to de-rail pace of progress in the state. He said this will be a big responsibility, but he will discharge it efficiently he said.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Piara Lal Lakhotra, Anant Ram, Beli Ram, Kaith, Des Raj Kaith, Kewal Krishan Sandhu and others.
