JAMMU, Feb 8: Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of The Art of Living foundation has designed The Advance meditation Program which is taught in 180 countries to millions at 1200 Plus locations including 250 plus locations in India in which participants experience blissful meditations while observing silence for 4 days. People learn the techniques for a happy, joyful and stress-free life through ADVANCE MEDITATION COURSE (HAPPINESS COURSE PART 2 IN SILENCE). "Your soul is solidified silence and solidified silence is wisdom, knowledge and when wisdom dawns, it gives rise to celebration"-says Sri Sri Ravi Shankar about outcome of this Signature programme.
The Art of living foundation Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Chapter organized 4 Days Art of Living's signature Happiness programs part 2 (AMC) with Sukhi Bhaiya, a renowned AOL international faculty from Art of Living International Centre, Benagaluru at Gian Mandir Trikuta nagar Ext Jammu J&K for the society.In AMC Participants joined in scores were from all walks of life & backgrounds and religion specially employees of Govt. Private & Corporate Sector. Students, research scholars, doctors, homemakers, IT professionals, youth, businessmen, industrialists, retired people and many others including AOL faculty members and Devotees connected humanity through the power of breath this "SILENCE RETREAT" to Explore the inner bliss through a process immaculately designed by Sri Sri Ravi shankar to explore the kaleidoscopic nature of the self-guided by an international faculty and senior Advance course teacher from International headquarter of AOL Banglore Sukhi Bhaiya. The AOL team comprised of Shakti Sagar and Suman Sharma who assisted the Course throughout, both Senior Faculties of AOL JKL chapter and volunteered by Pradeep gupta, Pradeep sadhotra and Gurmeet singh for whom everyone had the full praises.
Our participants of the recently concluded *Advance Meditation course* with Sukhi Bhaiya had a taste of this silence, knowledge and celebration. The First of four days long course was in itself sufficient to draw the souls in all new dimensions of depth and bliss through deep meditations and unique processes. The State Coordinator Bureau of Communications and Projects Ajay kapoor from Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Chapter AOL shared.
AMC includes Rejuvenating yoga, four days of guided silence practice, Unique guided meditations designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Advanced breathing techniques which can also be practiced at home after the course, Advanced insight on the laws governing our mind and emotions. The course is typically held as a residential retreat in a place of natural beauty and tranquillity. It's no wonder that many course participants refer to it as the ideal vacation for body, mind, and spirit Sukhi Bhaiya shared a few practical principles to combat feelings of panic , low-self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts and violence, Sharing wisdom with humour, different processes participants learnt the skill to be equanimous under praise or criticism.
