| Scholar denied registration for D. Lit | | |

Dr. N.C Parbhakar a research Scholar has been denied permission by the authorities of university of Jammu to get registered for D. Lit course.
As per press release, Parbhakar said, hat eligible criteria for the D. Lit course in that one should be P.hd, plus some research cum published work to his credit, which applicant Parbhakar full fills. He said suice for the last one and half year no attention has been paid towards his applications, but on the other hand to is being passed four one table to other for comments. He said number of times the issue was brought in the notice of vice-chancellor who marked it as urgent and or immediate action, but the authorities till date took no action in their regard. He further said case was presented before the high court which observed that it is the first case of its kind, where one wants to study, but is not getting encouraged.
