Srinagar, Jan- 1- Asking the Governor's administration for special arrangements for Muharam, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and MLA Sangrama, Syed Basharat Bukhari has urged for uninterrupted power supply, drinking water facility and sanitation in Shia dominated areas in Kashmir particularly of Sangrama constituency.
In a statement issued here today, Bukhari has strongly emphasized on various aspects regarding essential services like provision of potable water, uninterrupted power supply especially during nights, medicare facilities, and availability of cooking gas, k-oil, rice, flour and sugar in Shia areas of Hygam, Watergam, Bulgam and Athora in Sangrama constituency.
Bukhari has urged the government for the essentials to be made available to the people besides adequate water and electric supply. "First aid camps should be set up in these areas and other medical facilities made available to the people," he added.
