Jammu, Jan 3- Workers of the National Conference are gearing up for grand reception of Chief Minister designate Omar Abdullah in the city of temples on Sunday. According to party sources Omar was expected to visit Jammu on Saturday but he had to postpone his visit due to the nagar kirtan program. Provincial President of National Conference Ajay Sadhotra on Saturday chaired a meeting of Jammu based leaders of the party at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan here to chalk out a detailed plan and review arrangements being done to welcome their party chief on his maiden visit to Jammu after his name was cleared for the post of chief Minister-ship. It may be mentioned that National Conference supporters and large number of party workers are awaiting his arrival in Jammu and are working hard to make the grand reception a big show. Starting from airport to the party office on Residency road grand posters and welcome messages are being splashed in the city with National Conference flag to accord grand reception to the youngest Chief Minister of the state, Ajay Sadhotra said.
