| HC closed for winter vacation | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan O3-The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today closed for winter vacation from January 5, 2009 to February 1, 2009 and will reopen on February 02, 2009 on Monday.
In the meanwhile, Chief Justice Barin Gosh has nominated Vacation Judges for both the wings of High Court for the period of winter vacation
For Jammu wing, Justice Yaqoob Mir will hold the Court from the week commencing from January 13, 2009 whereas Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain will hold the court from 3rd and 4th week as vacation Judge.
For Srinagar Wing First Pusine Justice Nisar Ahmed Kakru will hold the Court during 2nd and 4th week, whereas Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar will hold the Court during the week commencing from January 19, 2009.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the Registry will remain functional during the vacation period.
