| 6.4 magnitude quake rocks Kashmir | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Jan 4: A quake rocked Srinagar and its adjoining areas in the wee hours, forcing people to rush out of their homes, despite severe and show. People rushed out of their homes in panic after a quake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale rocked the summer capital and other parts of the Valley. The tremors, which were felt at 0153 hrs, lasted for about 10 seconds.A weather office spokesman said its epicentre was in Hindukush in Afghanistan.Their was no immediate report of any loss of life or damage to property.
