| Court rejects bail application of accused | | | Early Times Report
REASI, Mar 1: Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi Archana Charak today resected the bail application of accused in FIR No. 41/2023.
The grounds taken in the instant application are that non-applicant has registered FIR No. 41/2023 upon complaint of one Rakesh Singh who falsely implicated them by a well cooked story. Applicants undertake hat they will not tamper with any of the evidence or witnesses and are ready to furnish bail and surety bonds to the satisfactionof the court while granting bail. A prayer for grant of bail has been made.
Ld. PP has raised the objections in the process of bail on the count that all applicants have committed barbaric, grave and non-bailable offences as they had murderous attack upon the victim and seriously injured him in this attack. Applicants are habitual offenders involved in number of FIRs in different police stations and are facing trials. In whole Ld PP submitted for the rejection of bail.
After going through the applications, report, objections, arguments, it revealed that applicants were already involved in number of cases and are facing trials.
Hence both the bail applications stand dismissed. |
