Prabhari Officer visits Panchayat Aghar Ballian Block Reasi

REASI, Mar 1: Deputy Director (Hq) Information Department, Dr Rehana Akhter Bijli, who is also the Prabhari Officer of Panchayat Aghar Ballian Block Reasi, recently inspected ongoing developmental works.
During her visit, the visiting officer convened a meeting of officers from line departments, PRI members, and the general public to take stock of the follow-up of "Back to Village phase fourth" at Panchayat Pannasa.
The visiting officer interacted with officers of line departments and enquired about the steps being taken for the early redressal of grievances as put forth in the Gram Sabha during Back to Village-4. She apprised the public that "Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur" is a campaign launched by the UT government for the redressal of public issues and to provide services at their doorstep.
The visiting officer urged the public to actively participate in these programs and to avail the maximum benefits of different government schemes and programs. Moreover, the visiting officer emphasized that various works, including laying of water supply pipelines, construction of pump rooms, and construction of Goshalas, are in progress. She stated that the water scheme will benefit the village Aghar Ballian, Vijaypur, and Nawabad.
During her visit, the visiting officer also inspected Middle School Ballian, interacted with the teachers and students, and discussed various issues like Nasha Mukt, Save the Girl Child, and Beti Bachao Beti Padao. The students also performed various cultural items.
The visiting officer was flanked by Anil Sharma, the Liason Officer for B2V4 program, Isha Rani Sarpanch, Tarun Verma JEE and representatives of other departments as well.
