EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU JAN: 7 32 Students of K.C. Public school have been awarded Bronze and Silver medals respectively by the International Award for young people ( The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award), Authority, U.K. The International Award of young People is a global form of youth work and self development programme for the young, which aims to encourage 14-to-25-year-olds to engage in beneficial hobbies, enjoyable experiences, acquiring knowledge and social skills. The Award offers young people the opportunity to set personal goals and achieve them. Along the way, they will learn about themselves and gain qualities like responsibility, trust and the ability to plan and organize themselves. The students of K.C.Public School who have been awarded are:- Aakriti Sharma, Jansher Khan, Akshay Shekhar, Arnav Sharma, Naman Jain, Karan Gupta, Manav Mahajan, Vasu Gupta, Sanchit Gupta, Sanjana Manchanda, Palak Gupta, Palak Vaid, Parul Gupta, Priya Mahajan, Manhar Singh, Palak Dutta, Madhur Gupta and Danish Quereshi of Class X and XII, Mokshi Pandita, Akanksha Kotwal, Aakashdeep, Sehrish Sheikh, Palak Nischal, Arjun Singh Bahu, Shriya Bhasin, Ebba Shri, Aishwarya Sharma, Prikshit Wazir, Harshjyot Singh, Aastha Sharma, Sahaj Aggarwal and Suihani Sharma of Class IX and X.
