| Rajput Sabha demands more in cabinet | | |
EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU JAN: 8: The Shri Amar Rashtriya Rajput Sabha (SARRS) have urged upon the Chief Minister, Omar Farooq to give representation to Rajput community in the state cabinet at the time of expansion of the ministry. President of the Sabha, Narayan Singh, while taking stock of the situation risen due to the formation of congress, National Conference Government observed that no proper representation has been given to Rajput community. He said being secong largest community in the state, the Rajput Community has been deprived of its due share in the Cabinet. Simple induction of one cabinet minister by National Conference (NC) is not enough however the executive committees express its gratitude to (NC) for inducting a cabinet minister of Rajput Community, the member describe it most unfortunate that the Indian National Congress has not provided any member in the Cabinet region which provide extensive support to the congress members expressed its confidence that by doing so the congress will be benefited to a great extent in fighting the communal and divisive force in the state.
