For fifth day after swearing in ceremony suspense continued over allotment of portfolios to the Ministers of Omar Abdullah Cabinet. Sources said that the alliance partners, National Conference and the Congress were yet to decide on distribution of departments. Meanwhile, it is learnt that the coalition partners are yet to decide and agree upon modalities of their governance. In their election manifestos the Congress and the National Conference had come up key proposals and both parties were yet to discuss and identify the common areas for implementation as government.
