JAMMU, Mar 28: G.L.D.M Degree College Hiranagar Organized "Road Show on Biotech Entrepreneurship, Startups And Skill Development Trainings in collaboration with IIIM- Technology Business Incubator.
Government G.L.D.M Degree College Hiranagar in collaboration with IIIM- Technology Business Incubator organized "Road Show On Biotech Entrepreneurship, Startups And Skill Development Trainings on 28th of March, 2023. In the inaugural session Dr. Pragya Khanna , Principal G.L.D.M Degree College Hiranagar warmly welcomed the Resource persons and participants. The Resource persons for the interactive sessions were Er. Ankush Varma, Coordinator/CEO, IIIM-TBI (BioNEST Incubator) and Dr. Payal Gandotra, Buisness Manager, IIIM-TBI, Jammu. The purpose of the road show was to create awareness about the start-ups, making students understand the challenges of being an entrepreneur and to acquaint them with the importance of Skill based Training. The students were encouraged to produce successful startups and convert them into successful business ventures that will create jobs and wealth in Jammu & Kashmir region.
The proceedings of the programme were handled by Prof. Ritika, Coordinator, Start-ups activity, Institution Innovation Council, G.L.D. M Degree College Hiranagar.
Nidhi Jarngal from Department of Botany proposed the formal vote of thanks. The faculty members present in the event were Prof. Rakesh Sharma, Prof. Manjot Singh and Dr. Anil Kumar Dogra. The Road show was attended by over 70 participants that included faculty and students. |
