JAMMU, JANUARY 09 – Senior IAS officer, Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Ganai today attended office in the Civil Secretariat for the first time after taking over as the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister.
Mr. Ganai disposed several files and had meetings with the officers and staff during the day.
