JAMMU, Mar 29: A protest was held under the leadership of advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra chairman OBC Deptt Pradesh Congress Committee J&K at Raghunath Bazaar Jammu East against the Modi led BJP Government for crush the constitutional values of the Nation which was written by the great personality of the Nation Dr.B.R.Ambedkar,the action of Government to quit the Parliament and Dissolution of membership of the Stalwart leader of opposition Rahul Gandhi from Parliament was totally injustice with the fundamental rights enshrined in Constitution of India.
Addressing the gathering adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra said that "India is a country with the big democratic setup and in this democratic setup we have some fundamental rights, the right to life and the right to speak and expression are the foremost important fundamental rights and in the speech of our leader Rahul Gandhi in the Parliament was only to know about the money laundering by Adani and the relation between Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and a businessman Gautam Adani was not the Sin & Crime, Rahul Gandhi stated that"Lalit Modi, Nirav Modi & Vijay Mallya who looted the money of poor people of India and absconded to abroad are thieves of the Nation and from where the companies of Adani's are sponsored by twenty thousand crore and the question raised by Rahul Gandhi were neither unparliamentary or non unconstitutional but why the dissolution of membership as MP? and why the notice served to vacate the government accommodation.
