| Azad bags "Pride of India' award in US | | |
Srinagar, September 17: The award, Pride of India, has been conferred on Chief Minister Gh Nabi Azad in America today. The Chief Minister is set to leave for London tomorrow.
Reports reaching Srinagar indicate that American foundation of Muslim Indian Origin organized a function at a hotel in New York on Saturday evening during which "Pride of India " award was conferred on noted film star Sanjay Khan and Chief Minister Gh Nabi Azad.
The award was also conferred on Councilor general of Indian High Commission Meena Devi. Chief Minister is leaving for London Monday morning and he is schedule to stay there for four days.
