| Rotarians hold seminar on ‘Disaster Management’ | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 11 -A seminar on the topic of ‘Disaster Management’ was organized by Rotary International District 3070 and hosted by Rotary Club Jammu City at Rajinder Singh Auditorium Jammu University here today.
Prof Varun Sahni, Vice Chancellor, Jammu University was the chief guest on the occasion.
Prof Rajanikant (HOD) HoD Physics and Electronics Department, JU and Club chairman of Intercity of Disaster Management delivered welcome address while Marri from ICRC presented lecture on the topic.
Ajay Khajuria, DC Udhampur also delivered a lecture on the role of administration at the time of disaster while Governor of Rotary 3070 Rtn Vinod Sharma and DGN Rtn M M Jerath, delivered lecture on role of Rotarian after the disaster.
Delegates from Himachal, Punjab and J&K also participated in this seminar.
