JKTF holds meeting in support of NPS employees

JAMMU, Apr 18: An extraordinary meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum was held at Teachers Bhawan Gandhi Nagar Jammu under the Chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria Chairman Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum and Member Steering Committee NJCA, in order to finalize the modalaties to hold the Protest Demonstration on 21st of April 2023, at B.R Ambedkar Chowk near Bahu Plaza Jammu, at 10:30 a.m.
All the executive members attending the meeting decided to work tirelessly to make the protest demonstrations a grea success in order to compel the Government to concede the legitimate demand of the Government employees to scrap the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and restore the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) in favour of all the Government Employees through out the country in order to provide the justice to this aggrieved section of the Employees.
Speaking on the occasion Ganesh Khujuria Chairman JKTF appealed to the Employees of all the departments of J and K UT to come enmass to convince the Government by exhibiting their strength.
This protest demonstration is a part of the National call given by Shiv Gopal Mishra for scrapping the NPS and for the restoration of Old Pension Scheme. The Restoration of OPS is not just a demand but it is a legitimate right of the Government employees which should be given without any further delay.
This issue pertains not only to NPS employees but to our future generations also. So come forward without any hesitation and join hands with visionary leader Ganesh Khajuria in the fight to protect the rights of our future generation.
Other senior leaders who were part of the meeting included S.Surat Singh Toofani, Darshan Sharma, Gopal Singh, Rajinder Gupta, S. Ravinder Singh, Raj Singh, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Kuldeep Verma, P.D Singh, Gautam Singh, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Daleep Digra , Pawan Sharma, Gurmeet Singh, Ashwani Raina and others.
