Jammu, Apr 26: In a full court meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N. Kotiswar Singh of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court in which 76 Judicial Officers transferred in which 32District & Sessions Judges, 27 CJM/Sub-Judges and 17 Judicial Magistrates are transferred.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Shahzad Azeem that 1. Ms. Bala Jyoti, P.O. J&K Labour and Industrial Tribunal, is repatriated from deputation and posted as Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court (CBI cases), Jammu vice Shri Ramesh Kumar Wattal.
2. Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Baramulla is transferred and posted as Member, J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar on deputation vice Shri Shujat Ali Khan.
3. Jaffer Hussain Beg, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Anantnag vice Shri S.C Kattal.
